December 19th Neighbourhood Caroling

This is a most lovely neighbourhood tradition that I'm sad to miss every year because of a conflict.
If your Holiday tends to be about shopping, bustling, stuffing and exhaustion, this year try to infuse a little neighbourliness and joy into it by joining the Seaton Village/Annex carolers.
Here's the scoop:
"GREETINGS FELLOW CAROLERS
Time once again to Deck the Halls with joyful sounds of beloved Christmas Carols
Come all Yea Faithful and carol with the Seaton Village Carolers
Sing Joy to the World on - Sunday Dec 19 2010
Here we Come A-Caroling - 6:15 pm meet outside of 74 Vermont Ave.
-receive a caroling book and practice singing
- 6:30pm follow the preplanned caroling route through Seaton Village & the Annex
- end the route at a house on Brunswick Ave. and begin singing around the piano
- be ready for the annual attempt at the Hallelujah Chorus
O Come, Oh Come
- wear warm clothes
- bring a flashlight, lantern, headlight - something to see the music with
Hark! the Herald Angels Sing
- any type of singing or non-singing voice is welcome
- invite a friend or neighbour, all are welcome
- What Child is this - Children are welcome accompanied by an adult
- Oh Come Oh Come Fido and Max - dogs are welcome outside only
This will not be a Silent Night.... we may hear from The Three Kings and Good King Wenceslas....the Shepherds and their Flock may join us (bahhh)..... let's hope for a Midnight Clear....We Wish all of you an early Merry Christmas."
Cheers,
Vanessa
